Milestone@SGLA students joined the wider school community to pay their respects during the Remembrance Service held at Sir Geoffrey Leigh Academy. The service provided an opportunity for students to honour the memory of those who served and sacrificed in conflicts past and present. The students engaged thoughtfully in moments of silence and reflection, demonstrating a respectful awareness of the significance of Remembrance Day. This event offered a valuable chance for students to learn about and appreciate the importance of remembrance, empathy, and community.
